Hotel Policies & House Rules

  • Policies

    Welcome to Pacific Hotel, Siem Reap. Since 2007, we have been committed to providing a safe, clean, and pleasant environment for our guests. By signing your registration, you agree to abide by the following terms, which form an integral part of your reservation contract.

    100% Smoke-Free Environment

     Our facility is strictly smoke-free. This includes tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vapes, hookahs, and cigars. We also prohibit the use of incense, candles, or strong-smelling oils (such as patchouli or synthetic scents) to prevent fire hazards and lingering odors.

    • Violations:Guests found smoking or using prohibited scents may face immediate eviction without refund and a cleaning fee.
    • Reporting:Please report any odors to the Front Desk immediately so we can address the issue.

    Cooking & Fire Safety

    The safety of our guests is our top priority. 

    • No Cooking:Portable cooking appliances, grills, and open flames are strictly prohibited in guest rooms. You may use the in-room refrigerator and the 24-hour microwave located in the breakfast area.
    • Prohibited Items:Fireworks and combustible materials are banned from the entire hotel property.

    Reservations & Payments

    • Guarantee:All bookings must be secured with a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or UnionPay).
    • Age Requirement:Guests must be at least 18 years old to reserve a room and check in.
    • No-Shows:Reservations are held until 11:00 AM the morning following your scheduled arrival. Failure to arrive by this time may result in a "No-Show" fee.

    Check-In & Check-Out

    • Check-In:2:00 PM. A valid photo ID (Passport or National ID) and a matching credit card are required.
    • Check-Out:12:00 PM (Noon). Please visit the Front Desk to finalize your departure.
    • Early/Late Requests:Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

    Quiet Hours & Visitors

    • Quiet Hours:10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep TV volumes low and avoid noise in hallways.
    • Visitors:All visitors must register at the Front Desk and be accompanied by a registered guest. Visitors must depart by 10:00 PM and are not permitted to use guest amenities (Wi-Fi, breakfast, etc.).

    Rates & Breakfast

    • Currency:All rates are in USD. Rates are subject to change at the hotel’s discretion.
    • Breakfast:Complimentary breakfast is for registered guests only.

     Right to Refuse Service

    Pacific Hotel is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service or evict guests without a refund for:

    • Failure to pay for accommodations.
    • Disorderly conduct, intoxication, or disturbing other guests.
    • Possession of firearms, explosives, or hazardous materials.
    • Exceeding maximum room occupancy or damaging hotel property.
    • Failure to supervise children or using the premises for unlawful purposes.
